• This product is exempt from our standard 14-day returns policy. Due to the nature of the item, returns are only accepted if the product is faulty or arrives damaged. Please ensure that the mattress is suitable for your needs.
• Any damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims made outside of this period may not be accepted.
•  Bespoke items, mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (unless damaged or faulty).
