Will these interfere with my jack points?

No. Side skirts bolt to the body panels below the rocker line and do not cover or obstruct factory jack point access. Standard floor jacks and jack stands work normally.

Do these sit lower than stock, and will they drag on speed bumps?

These skirts follow the original body contour and do not lower ground clearance. They extend the visual line lower and wider, but maintain the same ride height as factory panels. Speed bump clearance is identical to OEM.

Are these bolt-on or glued?

Bolt-on design using factory mounting points. Adhesive is not required. Fasteners are sold separately based on your preferred installation hardware.
