How To Use

Lay your blanket down on a heatproof surface (a bed works well). Spend up to 45 minutes in the blanket relaxing. Let the infrared rays, amethyst, tourmaline and magnetic therapy do the work. 

Wipe down after use with a gentle cleaning solution. We like to use a vinegar and lavender or tea-tree essential oil mixed with a little water and a cloth to wipe it clean.
