Press power button to turn on dash cam,long press UP button to turn on the WiFi
Open WitCam APP,it must have your phone permit.If you don't permit to access all permissions,you will cannot use app
Click "connect device",find WiFi name dash cam(ZD72B-XXX) in phone system setting,enter password(12345678) prompted on device,after successful WiFi connection,open APP to use it normally
If still cannot connect wifi,pls turn off WiFi, submit detailed issue with phone traffic on App to help us find reason

Easy Connection & Transmission, Easy Sharing

Attention: 1. When the SD card is full,the unit will overwrite it automatically,no need to format it manually; formatting will erase all files in the card,including the video of collision sensing 2. If you don't have a smartphone,please use USB-C cable to connect directly to computer to view video.

Why does the dash cam keep prompting "Exception or no SD card" after inserting or formatting an SD card in the setting?

1.We suggest to format the SD card into FAT32 or exFAT format on PC, then on Dashcam to format the SD card again. If still no storge, you need change another one 2.Make sure you are using the recommended, CLASS 10, U3 Speed, and 128GB Max SD card.

How to use the 24 hours parking monitor function?

A dedicated hardwire kit is required for this function. The 4K dash cam support 24 hours parking monitoring only when it is connected to our hardwire kit (not included in the package).

What should you do if you lose/can't find some of the video files?

The car cam has loop recording, it will delete the oldest files and record newer files when SD card is full except the locked video files. We suggest you to turn on G-Sensor at low sensitivity which will auto-lock the videos when a collision occurs.

What should you do when your dash cam freezes or you can only record a few seconds of video?

In this case,this is the SD card issue,not the dash camera issue. Please format SD card to have a try. using the fake wrong and bad SD card can also result in this issue. If the issue is still exist, please let me know, we are dedicated to resolving.

What should you do if you can't successfully locate the GPS from the dash cam in the car?

Turn on dashcam in an open area,wait for about 2 mins,see GPS icon on the upper right of screen turns green,and the speed display means GPS has been positioned. If there is a metal film on the car,it will affect the GPS,please cut a hole out of film.
