Installation Service:

• Pricing is Applicable for Standard Scope of Work.
• The Standard Scope of Work is wherein there are no obstacles for placing the Solar Heater System, in terms of wtare piping, HVAC System Vents or electrical lines etc.
• The Scope of Work shall be ascertain by the Site Inspection team before commencing the work.
• By selecting the installation service provided by Khaleejtools.com, you authorize us to share your contact phone number with the maintenance team for the purposes of coordination, communication, sharing updates or emergency calls.
• The charges for the crane for lifting the Solar Heater Sytem, Tank, Panel to the roof top shall be paid by the customer and can be arranged by our technician team, if requested.
• All the required and necessary work permits and site access passes/documents shall be solely arranged and subsequently provided by the customer to the Khaleejtools technical team, well in advance time. Our team can guide and assist in obtaing these permissions.
• The technical team after the successful accomplishment of the work shall present a demo to the customer of the newly installed Solar Water Heater’s proper functioning related to the proper heating of the water and the absence of any water leakage, post this demonstration any request shall be considered as out of scope.
• In case of any requirement of any additional product(s) or service(s) which is outside of the present scope of work, it can be availed by making an instant payment by cash or through an online Payment link.

What's Included:

• Pre-work site inspection, scope assessment and identification of the presence of any potential problem(s)/ challenge(s) and determining the actual scope of work.
• In case of extended scope of work, the technician in coordination with Khaleejtools admin team will quote on the required work on the site itself.
• Testing the installed/replaced items after the successful accomplishment of work.
• Cleaning the site/work space with spray sanitizer or disinfecting wipes.
