Designed and produced right here in Largo, Florida, USA. These trays are a perfect gift for weddings, housewarmings, and celebrations such as barn raisings and the like. Possibly the raising of a chicken coup would also be appropriate. 

The Egg Tray Bed holds one dozen eggs and has a fixed “bed”. While our Egg Tray Shelf holds a dozen eggs per removable “shelf”. Each removable tray can be taken directly to your coup to keep the newest eggs and oldest eggs in proper rotation. Both our bed and shelf designs are stackable to one another (see photos in our listing). Our egg trays are made with no hardware or adhesive. We only use a strong, well engineered friction fit joinery that keeps chemicals and hardware coatings away from your food-stuffs. Left Coast Original egg trays are stackable, hold a dozen eggs per tray, and can be cleaned easily. Our sustainably sourced bamboo engraves beautifully, prevents bacterial growth, and manages moisture better than unfinished woods.

Please Note: These racks are for farm fresh eggs, purchased from a farmers market or for the eggs procured from your own domestic birds. Due to salmonella, store-bought eggs or those that have already been refrigerated should not be stored at room temperature for much longer than an hour. These trays are for farm-fresh eggs that still have their natural protective cuticle on them. Otherwise the trays will need to be stored in the fridge.

To Maintain, wash only with soap and water by hand, and never place these trays in a dishwasher.
