Its mega top holds up to (12) 1/6 size food pans, 4" deep, and it comes with a full set of clear plastic pans to get you started. The pan rail can also accept 6" deep pans (sold separately).

The mega top refrigerated pan rail is great for holding common sandwich or salad toppings, from hard boiled eggs and cheese to green peppers and ham. It even has a removable stainless steel guard that streamlines the cleanup process at the end of a shift. Plus, a lift-up lid encloses the top to maintain proper food safe temperatures and prevent contamination. For added convenience, a 27" x 10", 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board is provided for slicing ingredients and assembling orders.

Beneath the worktop is additional storage space, with 1 self-closing, spring-assisted, stay open door with a "stepped" design that guards the door gasket when products are removed from the inside. The field reversible door features 2" CFC-free, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, making the interior cabinet great for storing ingredients like extra deli meat, cheese, condiments, and sauces.
