The four pull-out drawers have heavy-duty frames, 16-gauge slides, and acetal rollers for convenient cold storage. Each drawer accommodates 6" deep food pans and can hold (1) 1/2 size pan and (1) 1/3 size pan, while the top drawers can also accommodate (1) 1/4 size pan and (1) 1/6 size pan in the rear. The drawers feature removable magnetic gaskets that reduce temperature loss and allow for easy cleaning. Plus, the extruded aluminum, flush-mounted handles ensure easy access to product.

This refrigerator is tested to perform in ambient temperatures of 100 degrees Fahrenheit and consistently maintains temperatures between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit for efficient operation.
