Product Features

Pipe Welding Frame

The whole machine frame is welded from heavy-duty pipe and machined on a high-accuracy CNC gantry machining centre. A 600°C stress relief heat treatment is performed on the frame, giving the Alpha laser cutting machine a service life of up to 20 years without mechanical distortion.

Cost-effective smart cutting head designed for 2D, 3D and bevel cutting. It delivers stable cutting performance with simple installation and setup and is suitable for power levels up to 8kW.

2DCut Ahead cutting software is an EtherCAT medium-power cutting system. It is easy to use, feature-rich, stable and reliable. Advanced functions include Smooth MicroJoint, Speedy Piercing, integrated QR scanner and Circle Center calibration to meet a wide range of processing needs.
