Yahara Bay's Graanjenever Style Gin starts with a 100% malted barley spirits base. The spirit is then vapor infused with 6 different botanicals in our 90-gallon copper pot still.  This gin is a nod to the original gin of old Europe and a product created by our head distiller, Chris Kubale, and assistant distiller, Nathan Rivard.

Tasting Notes: Light with complex subtle malted barley notes married with juniper and botanicals.  The finish is bright and clean with lingering botanical and malt flavors.  

Serving Suggestions: Perfect for any gin cocktail, with tonic for a gin and tonic, with vermouth for martinis or gimlets, or simply on the rocks.
