This whip has a staghorn or antler hook shaped handle.
It has a silver coloured collar, probably silver plate.

The collar is decorated in relief with a greyhound or other sight hound
The long slim stock or shaft is made of red brown malacca cane with its distinctive teardrop shaped cross section.
The lacquer on  the cane has worn where it has been held, creating an attractive change in colour.
It has a replacement leather open keeper
