RED CLOVER: Phytoestrogenic isoflavones found in red clover have been found to exert favourable effects on blood lipid profiles and are known to be more effective than placebo in regulating daily vasomotor symptoms (hot flushes) and overall menopausal intensity of menopausal symptoms.

SAGE LEAF: Historically used to reducehot flushes, studies confirm sage’s anti-hydrotic (sweat reducing) properties.
