Weatherly loves vintage military uniforms, and this coat is in beauty condition. This doublet, meant to be worn over a kilt, was made for a King's Own Scottish Borderers, 5th Territorial Battalion soldier. It comes with its original shoulder title and badges, along with two ribbon bars: the Queen's South African (red/blue/yellow) given to soldiers who served in the Boer War (1899-1902), and the King's South African (green white and orange) honoring Boer War service in 1902.
