Winzerhof Linder - Blanc de Noirs 49Super elegant sparkling Blanc de Noirs from Kaiserstuhl. Balancing notes of apples, pears and apricots with a savoury lick of sea salt minerality. White pressed Pinot Noir, had 30 months on the lees to develop it's character. The base wine is spontaneously fermented and harvested very early, so the alcohol here is at wonderful 11. 5% by volume. In a blind tasting, this can easily be mistaken as a champagne.
