This 2022 Kooyong Estate Chardonnay opens with complex aromas of lemon curd, white florals, mandarin and cashew. The palate is deftly weighted, with great length and power that combines bright citrus acidity with persistent stone fruit flavours. Another wonderful example of Kooyong Chardonnay that will no doubt only improve with time in bottle.

This Kooyong Chardonnay will pair well with fresh white fish or fresh shellfish (oysters with a splash of lemon juice are a big tick), and grilled prawns with a fresh citrus sauce will also be a winner too. Vietnamese-style chicken salad is also a great pairing if you're feeling something more substantial too.
