This fourth release of the Manifest Whiskey Project is a foray into new territory and maybe the best so far. We sourced a delicious four-year-old high-rye bourbon (75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley) and carefully blended five barrels into four barrels Manifest's organic wheated rye whiskey (60% rye, 40% wheat). The rye whiskey was 53-gallon barrels and aged for two and 9-months at the distillery. The result is a unique creation that celebrates the best qualities of each spirit.
