Test All Water will arrange with Lovibond for you to send your test kit to Lovibond for calibration and service.

Lovibond will return the equipment directly back to the customer (UK Based).

If your equipment cannot be repaired or serviced for any reason then a charge may well apply.

How to Book:

1. Purchase this item, in the checkout (please choose the free postage option)

2. Send us the model details and serial number 

3. We will email you paperwork from Lovibond to place with your test kit when you send it off.

4. Post off your equipment to Lovibond

5. Once calibrated, Lovibond will post directly back to you.

Please note this service is only available for UK customers.

If you are outside the UK, we can arrange a service and calibration but there will be an additional postage charge to return the item to you. (Please email for more details)

Need to loan equipment

If you need to loan equipment while your photomter is being serviced we can arrange this for you.  We can loan out a Lovibond 3 in 1 photometer for £100 with a £275.00 deposit.*

* Equipment must be returned within 5 working days of your photometer being returned   from service & calibration.

** Hire is for photometer only, no reagents or accessories provided.

***Tests limited to chlorine, pH and Cyanuric Acid

Full loan agreement to be signed prior to photometer being dispatched.
