This is a stunning vintage pure silk wedding lengha, it is about about 25 years old.  This was part of a bridal trousseau and was never worn.   It consists of a three pieces, the kameez has three quarter length sleeves.  The front is embellished in a variety of braids, sequins and zardosi work, some of this sits on a contrasting cream applique.  It does have some marks on the front, these are quite faint (see picture).

The skirt has the same embellishment work all the way around, it is fully lined in cotton and will need a draw cord to fasten (not included).

The dupatta is made of silk chiffon, this too is heavily embellished all over and has gold coloured kiran gota all the way around.
