I love the big watercolor washed floral print that covers the chiffon from shoulder to hem - it s the perfect combination of pinks and greens and right on trend with the feminine, romantic look of the season. The neckline is scooped at the front and back and it has simple cap sleeves. The original belt with its fabulous little bow is present and the dress can be worn with or without.
