NADAL® Norovirus Antigen Test

The NADAL® Norovirus Antigen Test from nal von minden is used for the qualitative detection and differentiation of norovirus antigens of genogroups I and II and is therefore a suitable aid in the diagnosis of a norovirus infection.

The test result, which is available after 10 minutes, can be read off from coloured lines in the result field. The rapid test does not show any cross-reactivity with commonly occurring organisms, such as Rota or Adenoviruses, Salmonella spp., Helicobacter pylori, C. difficile or Campylobacter spp.

The chromatographic immunoassay is performed with stool samples and has a sensitivity of 97.9 %. It is suitable for professional in vitro diagnostic use only.
