Peace Meal Community Retreat

We have a lot going on at our home in Mukha Cafe and this is a time we tag out in the forest for a get together.

Besides a few communal activities, Musab will be leading a few sessions based on the book The Kingdom of the Heart.

This retreat is open to all and sleepover is optional, free and encouraged although spaces might get limited.

Each registrant will receive a copy of the book The Kingdom of the Heart which will be used for the sessions led by Shaykh Musab Penfound. RM115.

You can also register for the Retreat without the book. RM65.

Program: Saturday 16 November
3.30pm   Arrival, Registration & Refreshments
4.00pm   Introductions, Asar prayers and Session 1: Kingdom of the Heart
6.00pm   Break, Start the Campfire, Take a walk
6.45pm   Brief dhikr, Maghrib prayers, Session 2: Kingdom of the Heart, short break
8.00pm   Isya prayers, Session 3: Kingdom of the Heart, dinner
10.30pm Special Night Dhikr with commentary, sleep

Sleepover is optional, free and encouraged although spaces might get limited. Bring basic bedding like a futon or air mattress, and perhaps blankets.

5.30pm   Fajr prayers, brief dhikr, reflection session
7.00am    Breakfast preparation with Hadijah BinTaleb
9.00am    Arts for Relax: Shaping Fabrics - Traditional Fold
11.00am   Packup, closing remarks, end
