I’ve had a really good experience with this mat overall. I also tested it myself (videos linked below) so you can see how it works in real life.

I was extremely skeptical before trying this product because it just seemed like a scam but I can honestly say that I am very EMF sensitive and I notice that it helps that "tingly" feeling i get when I'm on my phone for a long time. I noticed this before I ever tested so to see the test results confirmed. 

Being outside and grounding is always the BEST option, but if you spend a lot of time indoors, this is a way to still incorporate that into your routine.

My 6‑year‑old has also been using it consistently for the past 2 years and says she sleeps better with it, we actually ended up getting a second one.
