Our version of the go-to bitters are a delicious blend of fruit peels, spices and bittering roots and barks. The aroma of baking spices is complimented by the complex flavour of all spice, peppercorn, clove and cassia.

Pairings: These bitters are perfect for uncovering even more flavour in classic cocktails such as the Old Fashioned or Manhattan. Use in any cocktail calling for aromatic bitters.
