Covers very worn and bumped with splitting of fabric at heads and base of spine with minor loss. Dark blue end papers, text untrimmed and occasionally page gatherings are uncut, age toned with minor foxing to figure plates and protective tissue.  Previous owner’s signature and address inside covers. Vol 1 cover detached and vol 2’s nearly so. Front free end-paper missing from vol 1. One plate missing from volume 2. Cover in poor condition, text in good condition, overall fair condition.
