Botanical Ingredients:

Chaste Tree berry, Dong Quai root, Wild Yam root, Damiana leaf, Fresh Passionflower herb, Juniper berry, Fresh Valerian root, Uva-Ursi leaf, Hops strobiles, Licorice root

Other Ingredients:

Organic Cane Alcohol, De-ionized Water and Vegetable Glycerin

Suggested Use:

1-3 droppers in 1 oz. water, 3 times daily, on days 14-28 of your cycle. Larger doses, 3-5 droppers, can be taken for a short time. Stop when you get your period. Store in a cool dry place. Shake well before use.

Warning:

Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation. Not intended for children. Dong Quai can increase menstrual bleeding especially in women who have heavy periods. Do not use Chaste Tree with progesterone creams, as the combination can cause excessive levels of progesterone. Use Damiana with caution in cases of pelvic inflammatory disease, urinary irritation, prostatitis, or excessive sexual drive. Juniper is contraindicated in cases of inflammatory kidney disease and any inflammatory conditions of the stomach, uterus, or lungs. Uva Ursi is contraindicated in cases of kidney disorders and irritated digestive conditions. Licorice (3% of formula) is contraindicated in cases of high blood pressure, especially at high doses.
