Sourced from the stony 'Les Cailloux' site high on the plateau, this is Si Tu Sais inaugural vintage from this windswept terroir. 

This Chardonnay is an aromatic knockout, bursting from the glass with highly perfumed notes of dried flowers, hay, and orange blossom, followed by the rich scent of ripe lemon rind and blood orange. On the palate, the wine is all silky texture, gliding across with a hint of sweet spices and a captivating, mineral-driven energy. It’s a beautiful, sophisticated white that proves why Si Tu Sais is one of the most exciting names in the new wave of Burgundy.
