The Queen Wedge Front Unclipped is similar to the Traditional Queen Plate, with the added benefit of raised heels for extra support and corrective applications.

The heels are raised 1.5 degrees, helping support horses with run-down heels or other conditions where additional heel elevation may be beneficial as determined by the farrier.

The hardened steel wear blank sits level with the aluminum, providing reliable durability while maintaining a smooth and balanced racing profile.

Updated with 2025 retooling, this plate now features a cleaner, brighter surface finish and a more consistent, standardized nail hole pattern for improved nailing accuracy and security.

The unclipped design provides a clean profile and greater flexibility in fitting for farriers who prefer a plate without clips.
